Returns & Replacement Policy

1. Transit Damage Guarantee

If your 3D printed object arrives cracked, broken, or crushed during courier transit, we will reprint and ship a replacement to you free of charge.

Please inspect packages upon delivery. In case of exterior transit damage, take clear photos or a short video and share them with us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Made-to-Order & Personalized Items

Objects featuring customized text, monograms, bespoke dimensions, or unique color requests cannot be returned or refunded once printing has commenced on the build plate.

3. Order Cancellations

Standard catalogue orders may be cancelled at any point prior to physical printing or courier pickup. Once an order has entered fabrication, filament and machine time have been allocated.

4. Resolution Channel

We pride ourselves on direct maker accountability. If anything is wrong with your order, message us directly on WhatsApp with your name and photo of the issue so we can make it right immediately.
